Appellants Anchor Hocking Glass Corporation and Lamar Bruce Bragg have appealed a final judgment based upon a jury verdict awarding damages to appellee Mae Bell Allen for the wrongful death of her husband caused by the negligence of the appellants. Anchor Hocking questions the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict which finds it guilty of negligence, while appellant Bragg questions the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict which finds that appellee was the lawful wife of the decedent at the time of the latters wrongful death, and therefore entitled to bring this action.
