1 Alfred J. Villoresi (Villoresi) appeals the trial courts order granting preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer and dismissing his claim for equitable enforcement of an option agreement for the purchase of land. Villoresi contends that the court overlooked allegations pleaded in his Complaint that if taken as true would have entitled him to the relief he sought. Upon review of the Complaint we conclude that Villoresi failed to plead an actionable claim. Accordingly, we affirm the trial courts order.
